In January 2013, Skanray acquired all businesses and assets of L&T Medical Equipment & Systems, and formed what is now called Skanray Healthcare Private Limited. Skanray family is today a 300+ member strong with one of the largest collection of skilled and experienced Medical Equipment Engineers.
Skanray has two state of the art facilities in Mysore housing the design and manufacturing facility. in an area covering 300,000 sq ft and a combined floor space of 150,000 sq.ft. Skanray has latest high frequency power management and digital control technology for X-Ray generation and in-house image reconstruction technology capabilities. In the company’s portfolio of products you will find devices that are approved by the FDA in the US, CE in Europe, AERB in India, International Organization for Standardization (ISO-13485:2003, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001) and Underwriters Laboratories. The company has a sizeable export business, involving OEM partnerships with global giants in US, Europe, Israel and business tie-ups in Brazil, Italy and the Middle East.
